Free Standard 3-4 Day US Domestic Shipping On Orders Over $59

All BlackStrap orders ship straight from our HQ in Bend, Oregon. We get most orders out the door within two business days, and if you place your order by 10 AM PST (Mon–Fri), it usually ships the same day.

  • Orders after 10 AM PST (Mon–Thu) ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend head out the following Monday.
  • If there’s ever a delay or a cancellation, we’ll keep you in the loop.

We offer flat-rate standard and expedited shipping—pick the option that fits your adventure timeline best.

Please keep in mind that order fulfillment gets wild during the holiday season or high sales volume, and it can take longer to get your gear out the door. We do not ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

International, AK, HI + US Territory Shipping Rates:

At checkout, you can choose from several shipping methods to fit your timeline. All rates are discounted carrier rates, and you’ll see accurate delivery estimates before you place your order. Please note: we don’t currently ship to every country.

Can I change/cancel an order?

Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order at any time prior to your order being shipped from our warehouse. To make order changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@blackstrap.com ASAP.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse. You can then track your order via your shipping confirmation email, Shop Pay App, or you can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes! BlackStrap partners with Route to provide optional shipping protection. When added at checkout, Route covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If something happens, you can easily file a claim with Route for a quick resolution.

When you check out, just toggle on Route Shipping Protection and roll into your next adventure knowing your order is protected from our door to yours.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, contact us atsupport@blackstrap.com with photos of the damage/defect or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will handle it from there.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and deliverable via USPS and FedEx on your order confirmation. We understand mistakes happen, so email support@blackstrap.com immediately to make any corrections. Any corrections to the address after shipping may incur additional shipping charges and cause delivery delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, though we do not ship to all countries at this time. If we ship to your country, you’ll see the available shipping options, duties, and taxes for your country at checkout.

*Additional taxes and duties may apply for orders shipping outside the United States, at an additional cost to the customer.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

For most countries, we automatically calculate and collect duties and taxes at checkout. That means no surprise fees when your order arrives—it’s all handled upfront.

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, while expedited options arrive faster. You’ll see accurate estimates at checkout.
