BlackStrap gladly accepts free returns or exchanges for items purchased from blackstrap.com within 30 days of delivery. To receive a full refund for returned items, please ensure the tags are intact and the items are unwashed and in new condition.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- For international and U.S. territory purchases, sales are final and cannot accept returns.
- Donations or purchases from unauthorized stores or websites are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Items marked as “closeout” are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased with "pro purchase" are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Items that are worn, washed, or without original tags intact are ineligible for return or exchange.
Please include the original packing slip with your return. If you no longer have it, include your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly locate your order and process your return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing, which includes return shipping time and bank processing. If the original payment method was store credit, a gift card, or merchandise credit, the refund will be issued back to store credit. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or converted to another payment method.

We want you to love your gear. If it doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item(s). Just make sure the tags are still attached.
Easy. Head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps to send your gear back. Once we’ve got it, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange fast so you can get back outside.
Yes, return and exchange shipping costs are always free. If you’re swapping sizes, colors, styles, or returning an item, we’ll cover the shipping both ways.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and processed. If the original payment method was store credit, gift card, or merchandise credit, the refund will be issued back to store credit. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or converted back to another payment method.
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Exchanges typically ship out within 2 business days after we get your item.
Yes, gear on sale can be returned or exchanged as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and within the 30-day window. Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are the only exceptions.
