2024 Rookie of the Year Mason Lemery is an absolute menace on a snowboard. The young Bend local has got it all going for him, from a mountain of sponsorships to the most core video parts, Lemery is the guy to watch. Mason can be found sending the biggest drop on Bachelor with Gabe Ferguson and the crew. Attending events like Red Bull Landing Gear and filming an epic part for Brown Cinema’s, “Knights of the Round Table”, Mase has had quite the year. The natural talent is intoxicating, and while his buddy Gabe has a sick method, Lemery is vying for the throne.
What’s the reason you started snowboarding?
I watched a Forum Snowboard movie with my uncle in it, so I asked for a board for Christmas.
If you weren’t a pro snowboarder, what would you be doing?
I think I would be doing some sort of trade like an electrician or something.
Top tip for staying healthy?
Surround yourself with the right people.
What’s the last book you read?
Probably Grapes of Wrath in high school. haha.
What are 3 things you can’t leave home without?
Phone, wallet, and a good attitude.
You could have one superpower, what would it be?
Maybe seeing into the future would be pretty cool.
What’s your favorite trick to do?
A big ol’ method in the powder.
Where’s your favorite place to travel?
I think home to Vermont or recently i went to Norway which was pretty cool.

I like the trips we go on and being warm on the coldest days.
